PC 260 HALL reports - Patrolled
WALTON as part of the Safe Scheme between 1845 and 1945 hours 26/04/2021.
Usually areas including School Lane, The Balk and Brooklands all covered. No
issues. No calls for service.
PC 260 HALL reports - Patrolled Walton as part of the Safe
Scheme between 1800 and 1900 hours 25/04/2021. Street Pact conducted on
BROOKLANDS AVENUE during this period. No further issues. No calls for service.
PC Steel
reports,
Patrols
made in company with PC 4499 Miller on 9th and 10th April, between hours of
00:00 X 02:00 both days. During the first night patrols were made of the
general area. The only issue was a suspicious car which was parked up near
Walton Golf Course. The car was empty and no further
action could be taken.
The
following evening, the same car was spotted driving through Walton. As we
approached the car in our police car it began driving erratically in a clear
attempt to evade us. We managed to stop the vehicle. The driver did not have a
driving licence or insurance for the vehicle.
The owner
of the vehicle was in the rear of the vehicle.
The car
was seized. The driver was reported for driving without insurance and without a
licence.
The owner
of the vehicle was reported for permitting a vehicle to be driven without
insurance.
PC 599
THIMM reports
Prolaser
checks carried out as part of SAFE scheme by Pc's 599 / 841 on Thursday 8th
April between 1600 x 1900 hrs.
Five
drivers warned in regards to travelling between 36 - 39 MPH and x3 tickets
issued for speeding travelling at 40 / 40 / 43 MPH.
1 X
ticket also issued for No MOT.
The
location of SHAY LANE utilised for the speeding checks.
High
number of people out walking and positive comments received by officers.
Crime
There have been 0 reported priority crimes in the Walton area during March.
There has been 1 report of criminal damage where a car window has been damaged. This is part of an on going neighbour dispute.
The only other incident of note regarding crime is an incident where a group of youths were abusive to a shopkeeper.
