CALENDAR OF MEETINGS 2021
PARISH COUNCIL
Meetings of Walton Parish Council normally take place on the first Tuesday of the month, except in the month of August when there is no meeting.
Meetings are usually held in the Committee Room of the Village Hall, School Lane, Walton, WF2 6PA and start at 7.00pm but during the COVID-19 pandemic, meetings are held virtually using ZOOM software.
Members of the public are invited to attend and observe all meetings.
Dates of meetings in 2021 are as follows:

PARISH MEETING
The Annual Parish Meeting of Walton electors is a chance for electors to hear about, and voice their concerns about, what has been happening in the Parish during the year.
The Annual Parish Meeting[2] for 2021 will be held in the Village Hall, School Lane, Walton, WF2 6PA subject to the COVID-19 pandemic and may be held virtually on:

[1] Local Government Act 1972 Sch 12 para 7.2 states the Annual Parish Council meeting shall be held on such day in May as the Parish Council may determine.

[2] Local Government Act 1972 Sch 12 para 14 states the Annual Parish Meeting must be held between March 1^st and June 1^st.
