 Policing in Walton

For many years now, the Parish Council in Walton has paid for extra police support in the village.   This supplements the normal neighbourhood policing arrangements in order to ensure that we live in an environment that is as peaceful and as free from crime as possible.   We are fortunate to have a dedicated police team, keen to address any problems raised by the Parish Council on behalf of village residents as well as responsive to the concerns of individual residents.   On the first link below, PC Colin Daley, the SAFE scheme co-ordinator, provides an explanation of the scheme.
